I founded K2 Transformations to help organisations plan and execute their transformations. I have completed assignments at Euroclear (Paris), BNP Paribas Fortis, Acerta, Eneco, Crelan/AXA and VAB.

I combine my experience in transformation management and high-altitude mountaineering to inspire employees, managers and entrepreneurs. I have written a book ("The only way is up") about how you can make yourself en your organisation agile and resilient.

1995 - 2016

I led global transformation programs for multinationals and government institutions such as GM, Shell, Alcatel Lucent and the government of Catalunya. These programs covered applications and infrastructure modernization and support reorganization. Every transformation had a significant people impact, requiring a solid change management approach. On top of that, I focused on the transformation strategy and integration between IT, the business and external suppliers. I resolved commercial issues, maintained senior client relationships and coached other program managers.

I worked on multiple large pursuits, developing transformation strategies for multinationals and government institutions. I wrote proposals, made sales presentations and negotiated contracts. The value of sold contracts exceeded 2 billion $.
